Constitution ruled irrelevant

 
"Judge Surrick ruled that Mr. Berg lacked standing to bring the case,
saying any harm from a purportedly ineligible candidate was "too vague
and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."
 
Article II, Section 1. of the Constitution was erased Friday night by U.S.
District Judge R. Barclay Surrick. Some, like myself, feel saddened by
the now complete abandonment of the Constitution by our courts.
 
More interesting perhaps, was the interest shown by the media, in a
pregnant 17 year old in Alaska, and absolutely no interest in our
next President having been born in Kenya.

Article II
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the
time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the
Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
