“Do we have stability from military actions?”

Since 1980, the United States has bombed or invaded or occupied 14 countries in the Islamic world in order to bring “stability” to those nations: Iran (1980, 1987 and 1988), Libya (1981, 1986, 1989 and 2011), Lebanon (1983), Kuwait (1991), Iraq (1991-2011 and 2014), Somalia (1992, 1993 and 2007-2014), Bosnia (1995), Saudi Arabia (1996), Afghanistan (1998 and 2001-2014), Sudan (1998), Kosovo (1999), Yemen (2000 and 2002-2014), Pakistan (2004-2014) and Syria (2014).

Even if these interventions had brought stability to the Islamic world, we could be criticized for being overly militaristic. But they haven’t, which only makes us complete fools.
